At Graybeard Grapplers, we stand behind our gear and believe in treating people fairly. If something isn't right, we'll do our best to make it right while keeping our prices fair for everyone.

Your First Size Exchange Is on Us

Need a different size? No problem.

We offer one complimentary size exchange per order within 14 days of delivery for unworn, unwashed items in new condition.

Here's how it works:

• Contact us within 14 days of delivery to request an exchange.
• You'll be responsible for shipping the original item back to us.
• Once we receive and inspect it, we'll ship your replacement at no additional charge.

To help you get the right fit the first time, please review the size chart on each product page before ordering. If you're between sizes or prefer a looser fit, we generally recommend sizing up.

Returns

If you'd prefer a refund, returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery for unworn, unwashed items in new condition.

• Customers are responsible for return shipping.
• Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
• Refunds are issued after the returned item has been received and inspected.

Defective or Incorrect Items

If we made a mistake, we'll make it right.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the issue. We'll replace the item or issue a full refund at no cost to you.

Preorders, Limited Releases & Sale Items

Preorder items, limited-release products, and sale items are final sale and are not eligible for returns or exchanges once production has begun or the order has shipped.

The only exception is if your item arrives damaged, defective, or we made an error with your order. If that happens, we'll make it right.
