Welcome to Graybeard Grapplers. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Graybeard Grapplers website and your purchase of products from us.

Graybeard Grapplers is operated by Big Happy LLC, doing business as Graybeard Grapplers, a Florida limited liability company ("Graybeard Grapplers," "we," "us," or "our").

We do not guarantee that any particular product, design, color, or size will remain available.

All prices are listed in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated.

We reserve the right to correct pricing, product information, or promotional errors. If an error affects an order you have already placed, we may contact you to provide the option of proceeding under the corrected terms or canceling the affected portion of the order for a refund.

Payment is processed through Shopify and/or third-party payment providers. By submitting payment information, you represent that you are authorized to use the payment method provided.

4. Orders

Submitting an order does not guarantee acceptance. We reserve the right to reject or cancel an order for legitimate business reasons, including suspected fraud, inventory errors, pricing errors, payment issues, or product unavailability.

If we cancel an order after payment has been processed, we will refund the amount paid for the canceled item or order.

You are responsible for providing accurate billing, shipping, and contact information when placing an order.

5. Shipping and Delivery

Graybeard Grapplers currently ships within the United States.

Shipping estimates are estimates and are not guaranteed delivery dates. Delivery times may be affected by carriers, weather, holidays, production schedules, inventory availability, and other circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Some products may ship separately or at different times, particularly when products are fulfilled by different production or fulfillment partners.

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address.

Once an order has been transferred to a shipping carrier, delivery is subject to the carrier's operations and policies. If an order is lost, damaged, or otherwise affected during shipping, please contact us and we will make reasonable efforts to help resolve the issue.

6. Preorders and Limited-Release Products

Certain products may occasionally be offered for preorder or as limited releases.

Estimated shipping or availability dates for preorder products are estimates and may change due to manufacturing, transportation, customs, or other circumstances outside our control.

When purchasing a preorder item, you acknowledge that fulfillment may occur at a later date than standard in-stock merchandise.

Limited-release products may not be restocked once sold out.

7. Returns, Exchanges, and Refunds
